  • Value for Money (25%): Price-per-GB and price-per-minute compared to market average.
  • Customer Service (20%): Response times, issue resolution rates, tested quarterly.
  • Network Speed (15%): Real-world download and upload speed test averages.
  • Reader Satisfaction (10%): Aggregated score from verified reader submissions.

Ratings are reviewed and recalculated on a quarterly basis or whenever a significant change occurs affecting any scoring category.
